No. You must sign in with your verified phone number to post advertisements. This protects the marketplace from spam, helps maintain buyer trust, and allows you to manage your active listings.

After signing in, click on your profile icon in the top navigation bar and select "Edit Profile". You can update your display name, profile photo, and contact details.

Kurd Shopping uses a secure passwordless sign-in system based on SMS verification codes (OTP). You never have to remember or reset passwords—simply enter your phone number and verify with the 6-digit code sent to your mobile.

Provide a clear, descriptive title, real photos showing all angles, accurate price in IQD or USD, honest description of condition and flaws, exact location (city and neighborhood), and working contact options (phone, WhatsApp, or Viber).

Go to "My Ads" from your account menu. Find the ad you want to change, and click "Edit" to modify the price, description, or images. If your item is sold, click "Delete" to remove it from the marketplace.

Ads may be rejected or removed if they violate Kurd Shopping Terms of Use, advertise prohibited items, contain fake or misleading pricing, use low-quality or copyright-protected pictures, or contain offensive content.

In "My Ads", you can filter listings by status (Active, Pending, or Expired). You can view total views and inquiries, renew expired listings, or upgrade an active ad to VIP to boost sales.

VIP costs 15,000 IQD and keeps your ad featured at the top for 5 days with social media posts. VIP+ costs 100,000 IQD and is our premier tier: your listing is pinned at the very top for up to 1 full month with extended sponsored Facebook campaigns, Instagram reels, and dedicated spotlight promotion for maximum views.

You can select VIP or VIP+ during the "Choose Plan" step when placing a new ad, or open "My Ads", find an existing active listing, and click "Make Ad VIP". You can also visit our dedicated VIP page (/vip) or contact our team directly via WhatsApp or phone.

A standard VIP promotion lasts for 5 days. A VIP+ promotion lasts for up to 1 month (30 days) from the date of activation.

Navigate to "My Ads" in your account. Active VIP and VIP+ listings feature a bright badge indicator along with promotion metrics, remaining duration, and real-time view counts.

We support First Iraqi Bank (FIB: 0750 838 2615), Qi Card, Mobile Balance Transfer (Asiacell and Korek), and Recharge Voucher Card codes.

On the Motors search page, use the filter sidebar on desktop or the "Filters" button on mobile. You can specify minimum and maximum price ranges, model year, transmission type (automatic/manual), and select cities such as Erbil, Baghdad, Sulaymaniyah, Duhok, or Basra.

Open any car listing to view the seller’s direct contact options. Tap "Call" to phone them, or use the "WhatsApp" or "Viber" buttons if provided by the advertiser.

Yes. Negotiations happen directly between you and the seller. Kurd Shopping does not set car prices or take transaction fees. Discuss payment terms and inspect the car before finalizing your deal.

Always inspect the car in daylight. Have an experienced mechanic check the chassis, engine, gearbox, and computer diagnostics. Verify vehicle registration documents (Sallana / Sanad), check for outstanding traffic fines, and ensure the seller is legally authorized to transfer ownership.

In the Electronics listings view, select your governorate or city from the location filter, and enter your desired minimum and maximum price range in IQD or USD.

Click on the listing to see the seller’s contact options. You can call directly or message them on WhatsApp or Viber to inquire about specifications, condition, and availability.

Test the device thoroughly in person: test charging ports, battery health percentage, screen responsiveness and dead pixels, cameras, microphones, Wi-Fi, and speakers. For phones and laptops, verify that iCloud, Google Account, or BIOS passwords are completely removed.

Use the property filters to select your city (e.g., Erbil, Sulaymaniyah, Baghdad, Duhok), filter by property type, and specify your maximum monthly rent or purchase budget.

Check the total area (square meters), legal document type (Tapu, agricultural, or contract), building age, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, parking, water/electricity utilities, and whether the price is negotiable.

Click "Place Ad", select "Properties" as your category, upload clear photos of both interior rooms and exterior views, provide the property specifications and legal status, set the price, and publish.

Ask for veterinary health records and vaccination certificates. Always visit in person to inspect the animal’s living conditions, behavior, and physical health. Never send advance deposits before seeing the animal.

Use the city filter to see items available near you, or enter specific keywords in the search bar (e.g., "Gym bike Erbil" or "Oud Sulaymaniyah") to locate nearby sellers.

Click the "Favorites" (heart) button in the top navigation bar or user dropdown menu. This will open your saved collection where you can review listings, compare prices, or remove items.

On any advertisement page, you will find direct contact buttons: "Call" to phone immediately, and "WhatsApp" or "Viber" to send a chat message directly to the seller.

Sellers may be temporarily unavailable or occupied. Try sending a polite message via WhatsApp or SMS, or browse similar listings on Kurd Shopping to find alternative options from other sellers.

Never send money, deposits, or gift cards in advance to sellers. Always meet in safe, public, well-lit places during daytime hours. Thoroughly inspect and test the item or vehicle, verify paperwork, and pay only after you are completely satisfied.

No. Kurd Shopping is an online classifieds platform that connects independent buyers and sellers. We do not inspect, test, warrant, or guarantee the condition or authenticity of listed items. All inspections and transactions are the direct responsibility of buyers and sellers.
